Construction Manager
London based with a balance of home and office working – Covering the London, East & South East Regions
£55,761 - £58,696 per year plus Company car or car allowance
35 hours per week
We are looking for a Construction Manager to take lead and be responsible for the delivery of new build construction programmes and projects within the region. You will manage and monitor the day to day delivery of these programmes and projects on behalf of the Group, built via external contractors on our behalf also including through our own in-house construction team.
Joining the development department, you will be based at Blackwall Reach London with a balance of home and office working and will need to travel to different sites within the area.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to assist in our ambition to develop new build housing within the region. You will be responsible for monitoring the construction and delivery of a range of projects including residential homes for rent and sale, apartment blocks and care homes. With a background in monitoring standards and controlling contractors to ensure quality is maintained and that all work is carried out to specification, this is a great opportunity to progress and develop your career within an ambitious organisation.
