KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our Lift Installation team, covering the North East. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality installation projects, guiding installation teams through predictive planning and standardised working methods.

In this role you will maintain schedules, coordinate resources, mentor staff and conduct site visits, safety audits and handovers while managing costs and profitability. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of installation teams and site management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in the lift industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate schedules for material deliveries, installation activities and project handovers, ensuring site readiness and timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Plan and coordinate installation resources, logistics and workforce requirements to optimise efficiency and deliver projects in line with customer commitments.
• Provide clear direction to installation teams, setting expectations, monitoring progress and maintaining regular communication to achieve agreed objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop team members by identifying training needs, recognising good performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety audits and handovers, while effectively managing installation costs and supporting project profitability.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and the delivery of safe, high-quality installations that meet scope, schedule and budget requirements.

Due to continued growth and exciting projects, KONE is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Lift Installation team. This role will cover the North East area.

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of installation projects. Through predictive planning, proactive site management and standardised ways of working, you will lead and develop installation teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key accountabilities at the role:
