Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting a Construction Manager for a prestigious super prime residential project in Hampshire. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure finishes meet exacting standards.

With a minimum of three years' experience as Site Manager or Construction Manager and valid SSSTS/SMSTS, you will lead teams to deliver on schedule, maintain safety, and liaise with clients and consultants throughout the two-year site programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Experience in high-end or super prime residential projects.
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Relevant construction qualification required.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage demanding specifications and deliver exceptional quality.
