Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple groundworks projects across Coventry, Birmingham and St Neots.

You will lead Site Managers and site teams, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery. This role requires travel to sites across the Midlands and regular client liaison to ensure projects meet expectations, budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in groundworks or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks for regeneration housing and private residences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple live sites simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Coventry, Birmingham and St Neots.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor programme progress and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials across projects.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects across Coventry, Birmingham and St Neots.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction manager with strong leadership skills, extensive groundworks experience, and the ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
