Kenna Recruitment is currently seeking a Construction Manager.

Our client is a leading fit-out contractor operating across the UK. Following a recent project win, they are looking for a Construction Manager to work on a contract basis. For the right candidate, this role could lead to a permanent position.

The successful candidate will manage a large commercial fit-out scheme covering 250,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, with a project value of £175M. Essential requirements include:

1. CSCS card
2. SMSTS certification
3. First Aid at Work certification

Applicants should have extensive experience managing commercial fit-out schemes, preferably with Tier 1 main contractors, on projects exceeding £50M.
