GEDU in London is seeking Lecturers in Construction Management to join our growing team and create a positive impact on students by cultivating the specialist skills and knowledge they need for long-term success in the construction industry.

You will design, plan and deliver engaging teaching sessions on-site at Greenford or Stratford, provide tailored support and timely feedback, and facilitate learning through practical application and modern resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• UK higher education lecturing experience and subject matter expertise.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.
• Proven track record teaching adult learners in HE programmes.
• Strong reporting skills and thorough student record maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft and shape learning — design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support for construction management topics.
• Track progress with purpose — provide meaningful feedback and guidance to improve student work.
• Elevate student experience — document and evaluate teaching to enhance learning quality.
