Construction Litigation Lawyer (3–6 Years PQE) | London-Based | International Work | High-Calibre Clients
Are you a construction disputes specialist ready to take your career to the next level? Join a leading international law firm with offices in London, Hong Kong, and Dubai, where you’ll work alongside a dedicated team advising on complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes worldwide.
We're looking for a talented and driven Construction Litigation Lawyer with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience to be part of a collaborative and high-performing practice acting for contractors, government bodies, developers, funders, and public authorities across a range of major infrastructure and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
Advise on complex disputes involving energy, transport, power, infrastructure, retail, commercial, leisure, and utilities sectors
Draft, review and negotiate high-stakes legal documentation with precision and strategic insight
Contribute to business development initiatives and client seminars
Liaise directly with clients under the supervision of experienced partners
Work on both UK-based and international matters (experience in international disputes is a plus, but not essential)
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Antipodean equivalent) with solid experience in contentious construction matters
Deep knowledge of construction law and a sound grasp of the relevant procedures and industry contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starting attitude
Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative team spirit
Resilience, adaptability, and commercial awareness
A passion for contributing to a growing and highly regarded team
