Job summary

A leading international law firm in London is looking for a Construction Disputes lawyer with 5–8 years' PQE to join its renowned team. You will advise developers, contractors, investors and corporates on complex disputes arising from major projects, with exposure to litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

The role offers significant responsibility on high-value matters and opportunities for progression within a market-leading construction disputes practice.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
• Significant experience advising on contentious construction and engineering matters, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex matters, managing junior lawyers and working directly with sophisticated clients.
• England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK construction disputes experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise developers, contractors, investors and major corporates on complex construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes.
• Take a leading role on high-value domestic and cross-border matters across litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
• Collaborate with a highly regarded construction disputes team to deliver strategic dispute resolution.
