CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES LAWYER | INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM - TOP 50 UK | LONDON

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded and ambitious construction and engineering team in London. The Opportunity:

You will join a market-leading Construction & Engineering team advising contractors, developers, consultants, insurers and other key industry participants on a wide range of contentious matters. Working closely with colleagues nationally and internationally, you will play an active role in the continued expansion and success of the practice.

The team advises on complex disputes involving:

  • Delay and disruption claims
  • Defects and negligence claims
  • Payment and valuation disputes
  • Professional liability matters
  • Adjudication, arbitration and litigation
  • Project advisory and dispute avoidance strategies
  • Alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlements
