Job Description

The Construction Legal Director will be:

• Leading and managing high-profile contentious construction cases.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
• Collaborating with colleagues on non-contentious construction matters.
• Contributing to business development and team growth
• Advising a range of clients including lenders, landlords, major developers and public sector clients

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Legal Director should be / have;

• A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in contentious construction law.
• Experienced in managing complex construction disputes.
• Skilled in client relationship management and business development.
• Proficient in mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Knowledgeable in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
• Ties to Leeds
