Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Manager based in Oldham, primarily office-based with regular site visits across the North West. The role focuses on ownership of health, safety and compliance across a growing construction and refurbishment business.

Candidate must hold a NEBOSH qualification, have construction-sector H&S experience, and be proficient with RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification essential.
• Experience in Health & Safety management within construction.
• Experience with accreditations, ISO standards, RAMS, and Construction Phase Plans.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing RAMS (RAMS).
• Managing and maintaining company accreditations.
• Producing and updating Construction Phase Plans.
• Managing ISO standards and compliance processes.
• Conducting regular site audits and inspections.
• Ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation.
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Providing guidance and support to operational teams on health and safety matters.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Driving continuous improvement of health, safety, quality and environmental standards across the business.
