Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Midlands-based team with UK site travel. The role is office-based with regular site visits and offers both full-time and part-time options. Salary is dependent on experience.

You will work hands-on with project teams, visiting live sites, reviewing RAMS, and advising on safety practices. The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH certificate, UK driving licence, and knowledge of CDM 2015 and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Experience in a site-focused H&S role within construction or related operational environments.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification and a full UK driving licence are essential.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015, ISO 45001 and industry accreditations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections, audits and H&S reviews.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Advise project teams on site risks and how to manage them.
