Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Principal Design or CDM role.
• Proven construction site Health and Safety experience.
• Ability to create bespoke documentation to a high level.

Responsibilities

• Delivering CDM Regulations 2015 consultancy work for clients.
• Overseeing construction project H&S.
• Developing Client H&S continual improvement programmes.

Skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong commercial acumen

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Education

NEBOSH certification

CMIOSH or CertIOSH levels preferred
