Nacro, Sheffield, is seeking a Teacher of Construction to deliver teaching, learning and assessment for students aiming for qualifications. The role involves pastoral support and coordinating course delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes, with duties including lesson planning and using ready-made resources.

The ideal candidate will have English and Maths at GCSE C/4, construction qualifications level 2+, and a DBS check.

Formación

• English and Maths at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent Level 2.
• Experience in trade preferred.
• Construction-based qualifications level 2 and above.
• Enhanced DBS check required for all candidates.
• Teaching qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver teaching, learning and assessment to support progress and qualifications.
• Support students pastorally and contribute to centre community.
• Ensure courses run on time and to high standards.
• Plan lessons, develop resources and maintain classroom spaces.
• Deliver tutorials or skills lessons using prepared resources.
