Job summary

Cursitor, a leading London-based firm, seeks a mid-level to Senior Associate in Construction Disputes to handle high-value, complex disputes. The role sits at the intersection of construction, energy and infrastructure, with exposure to international projects and cross-border disputes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contentious construction, and be comfortable taking on greater responsibility within a top-tier practice.

Qualifications

• Strong background in contentious construction.
• Experience in litigation, arbitration and/or adjudication.
• Experience with high-value or technically complex disputes.
• Experience with JCT, NEC and/or FIDIC.
• Able to act for developers, contractors, employers or major project stakeholders.
• Energy, infrastructure, renewables or major projects experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and grow within a leading specialist practice.
