Clyde & Co in Manchester is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Energy & Construction team. The role focuses on high-value, complex disputes across construction, engineering and projects, including adjudication, litigation and other dispute-resolution avenues.

You will advise clients across energy, infrastructure and development sectors, manage your own caseload, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to cross-border business development within a global firm.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience in contentious construction/engineering disputes.
• Proven experience in adjudication and litigation.
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure, PFI/PPE or major development projects.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters with autonomy.
• Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring junior lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Advising on a wide range of contentious construction and engineering matters.
• Acting on complex, high-value disputes arising from major projects.
• Handling adjudications, High Court litigation, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Advising clients across the energy, infrastructure, PFI/PPE and development sectors.
• Managing your own caseload while supporting partners on larger, multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the practic.
