A renewable energy company is looking for a Delivery Manager/Construction Project Manager for a large energy infrastructure project in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate has experience with district heating projects, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage both on-site and remote teams effectively. This full-time role requires 2-3 days on-site presence and offers a mid-senior level opportunity in project management.

Qualifications

• Experience working on district heating/heat network construction projects or large energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage effective delivery of construction works by overseeing sub-contractors.

Job Description

Chronos Energy are currently looking to recruit a Delivery Manager/Construction Project Manager for a large Heat network energy infrastructure project in the north of England. You will require both site presence and remote project organisation and management. You will be working for the client and will be responsible for the effective delivery of the construction works by managing the sub‑contractors efficiently and effectively. You will most likely be able to demonstrate successful experience on district heating/heat network construction projects previously.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working on district heating/heat network construction projects or large energy infrastructure construction projects
• The ability and experience to work both on‑site and remotely to manage the day to day and long term result of the project
• Strong organisational skills and methodology to manage the phases of the project in order to keep it to specification, to budget and on time
• Experience managing sub‑contractors
• Experience managing and communicating with stakeholders
• You must be able to be on‑site 2/3 days a week
