EPPH in Ipswich is seeking a Credit Controller to manage the sales ledger and credit control duties in a fast-paced environment. You will raise invoices, issue statements, reconcile accounts and chase overdue payments, while ensuring accurate CRM records and CIS statements for subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Sage 50, Xero, and CRM systems, plus construction-industry CIS knowledge. Competitive benefits and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Sage 50 and Xero and CRM systems.
• Experience in Construction Industry and CIS scheme.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsabilités

• Raise sales ledger invoices and upload to customer portals.
• Issue customer/client statements.
• Raise employee recharge invoices.
• Reconciling customer/client accounts and chase overdue invoices.
• Set up new customers in the CRM and maintain account details.
• Match/process purchase invoices and reconcile to purchase orders.
