Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost management and financial principles.
• Advanced Excel capabilities including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, nested IFs, and Power Query.
• Understanding of NEC4 contracts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse cost data and forecast expenses for the project.
• Generate clear financial reports for stakeholders.
• Manage cost data streams and interface with QS, Procurement, Finance and Management.
• Identify and mitigate cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and external parties as part of the team.
