Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is looking for a Construction Coordinator in Cumbria to support project delivery across construction phases. You will report to the Construction Manager and help ensure safe, compliant execution of works with a multi-disciplinary team on-site.

The role requires UK security clearance eligibility, Level 3 mechanical engineering qualification, and the ability to work within a regulated framework. You will contribute to delivering Perfect Delivery on site.

Qualifications

• Eligible for United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) clearance.
• Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent on the Regulated Qualifications Framework in a mechanical engineering discipline or similar.
• Ideally registered with a professional body or working towards Engineering Technician status.
• Experience supporting a multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the discharge of CDM duties as required.
• Support the Construction Manager with management of construction activities on site.
• Contribute to regulatory and contractual governance requirements.
• Assist in coordinating multi-disciplinary work streams to meet the design intent.
• Maintain records for safety, quality, and contractual purposes.
• Support on-site supervision and handover activities.
