Job Description:

This outstanding Consultancy is looking to attract an experienced Project Manager to join their team in its Manchester offices.

The successful Candidate will be complementing an established motivated multi disciplinary team and be involved in leading projects across a broad range of sectors and build type with an emphasis on Healthcare and Education.

Person Specification:

As a Project Manager you will have a proven background in delivering, at pre and post contract stages, build projects in both the Private or Public sector.

Formal relative industry qualifications and memberships, such as MRICS and MAPM, are an essential criteria for this opportunity please.

Also a working knowledge of both JCT and NEC contracts.
