Randstad Construction & Property in London is seeking an experienced Construction Compliance Coordinator to drive the compliance agenda across sites and project offices. You will own technical administration, site audits, and records within the IMS, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires proactive chasing of approvals, auditing project files, and coordinating Gateways/HRB information, liaising with directors and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience in a construction environment.
• Ability to enforce workflow discipline and manage contractors.
• Proactively chase approvals and audit project files.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Act as custodian of project compliance, handling technical administration, audits and records.
• Manage the Information Management System and ensure procedures/regulatory compliance.
• Establish Golden Thread information requirements for HRB projects; coordinate Gateway submissions.
• Interface with project directors and stakeholders to maintain compliance registers and QA evidence.
