Locations: Aldermaston United Kingdom, Reading RG7, United Kingdom. This position is available at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient communicator: clearly communicate project details.

• Client relationship management: build and maintain positive relationships.
• Technical duties: management of site control & setting out; ensuring accurate information for subcontractors; managing subcontract packages of works; quality control of sub‑contractor works.
• Design coordination: ensure models and drawings are accurate and constructible; raise any issues or requests for information with the Design team in a timely manner.
• Quality assurance: compile Inspection & Test Plans and Reports; raise non‑conformances; compile as‑built drawings as construction progresses.
• Site reporting: contribute to labour and material cost reports.
• Procurement: liaise with Commercial team to ensure packages are procured in accordance with programme requirements; weekly/4‑weekly look‑ahead programmes; checking delivery of works against design.
• Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Health & safety: complete site inspections.
• Compiling handover documentation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering / Building.
• CSCS.
• Subcontract management experience in groundworks, reinforced concrete and temporary works.
• Previous use of total station and GPS.
• Thames Water Passport (desirable).
• SMSTS (desirable).
• Knowledge of CAD.
• Driver’s licence (essential).
