Job summary

Protocol Education in Hartlepool is seeking a knowledgeable Construction (Built Environment) Lecturer to join an established Further Education provider.

You will plan, deliver and assess a range of Construction and Built Environment programmes for post-16 and adult learners, including Level 3 Diplomas, HNC/HNDs and Civil Engineering courses, helping learners develop practical and theoretical skills for the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 or higher Construction qualification (or similar).
• Teaching or training experience within FE, apprenticeships or a similar environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vocational and theory-based Built Environments lessons.
• Support learners to develop the technical and practical skills required for the construction industry.
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner progress and provide effective feedback and support.
• Maintain a safe, positive and professional learning environment.
