We are seeking a Construction & Engineering Director to join our project team based in London.

Location:

Central London, Foley Street

Responsibilities include:

• Providing functional leadership for the regional business, focusing on operational performance, standards, and consistency.
• Overseeing HSW, Environmental, and quality resources within the region.
• Developing plans and objectives for delivering quality.
• Driving the 'digital by default' agenda, including digital dashboard reviews and project performance tracking.
• Enhancing delivery and customer offerings through industry best practices, sustainable methods, and digital enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience leading planning, building services, design management, social value, digital construction, and engineering.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor in a leadership role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Commercial acumen and forward-thinking approach.
