Job summary

BYLOR, based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset, seeks a Construction Business Analyst. You will analyse data, generate reports, and design processes to improve operational efficiency. You will liaise with functional leaders, IT and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data, building dashboards to monitor performance and costs, and driving a 10% efficiency gain through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Data extraction and analysis using SQL, Python, and GraphQL.
• Data modelling and visualisation with PowerBI, Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to the HPC project.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track performance, costs and schedules.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity.
