Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for store deliveries in Bradford. Enjoy fixed shifts, ongoing work into 2027, and regular weekly pay with competitive rates.

As a professional driver you will trunk between depots, complete daily vehicle checks, and ensure deliveries are made safely and on time. A valid UK Class 1 licence, 2 years' experience, and a valid Tachograph Card are required.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence.
• At least 2 years' commercial Class 1 driving experience.
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Trunking between depots and distribution centres.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time.
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport regulations.
• Completing all relevant paperwork and electronic records accurately.
