Anglian Home Improvements is seeking skilled Conservatory Installers to join our team in the Peterborough area. This self-employed role focuses on precise installation of conservatories, working with clients to uphold our high standards of quality and safety.

You will measure, cut, and install with carpentry and joinery expertise, ensuring robust finishing and compliance with building codes. A valid driver’s license and transport are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Conservatory Installer or similar role.
• Strong carpentry and joinery skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit conservatories with precision and care.
• Install and secure products using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Accurately measure and cut materials for fitting.
• Apply insulation, weatherstripping, and caulking to prevent leaks.
• Complete interior and exterior finishing work, including trim and moulding.
• Ensure proper functioning of windows, doors, locks and hardware.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The Role

Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking experienced self-employed Conservatory Installers to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of conservatories in and around the local area. You will work closely with clients to ensure that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit conservatories with precision and care.
• Install and secure products using the appropriate tools and techniques.
• Accurately measure and cut materials for optimal fitting.
• Apply insulation, weatherstripping, and caulking to prevent air and water leaks.
• Complete interior and exterior finishing work, including trim and moulding.
• Ensure proper functioning of windows, doors, locks, and hardware.
