Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate window and door surveys with precise measurements.
• Maintain an up-to-date survey calendar and attend all scheduled appointments.
• Confirm project details with customers and provide expert advice on solutions.
• Identify and document design improvements while maintaining the sales process integrity.
• Complete survey documentation including photos and variation orders within deadlines.
• Ensure customers understand their agreed specifications.
• Submit planning applications and liaise with third-party suppliers, inspectors and installation teams.
• Attend installations to support project success and meet customer expectations.
