Severn Trent Plc is looking for a Ranger to maintain a wide range of habitats and publicly accessible green space at our Carsington Water site. You’ll join a team covering the site 37 hours a week on a rotating 4-week shift.

The role focuses on ground maintenance, conservation work, and helping visitors with queries. A health and safety mindset and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in Customer Service, Ground maintenance, conservation, and Visitor management.
• Outdoor-event organisation experience; interest in fishing, cycling or walking is a plus.
• Ability to work with volunteers, contractors and partners.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel between sites.

Mansioni

• Grounds maintenance and conservation work using power tools.
• Be ambassador for Severn Trent and assist visitors with queries.
• Carry out H&S inspections on site.
• Manage volunteering including recruitment, planning, supervision, safety.
