Job summary

A respected heritage-led practice is seeking a Conservation Architect to lead significant heritage and public sector projects. Ideal candidates will be ARB-registered with over 2 years of post-Part 3 experience in the UK, strong listed building expertise, and confidence across RIBA Stages 3–5. The role offers hybrid working, 25 to 30 days holiday, plus a robust training and benefits package, making it an excellent opportunity for long-term growth in conservation.

The Role

• Involvement in technical design, site coordination and CA

What You’ll Need

• ARB-registered Architect with 2+ years’ UK post-Part 3 experience
• Strong conservation and listed building experience
• Confident across RIBA Stages 3–5 (0–2 and 6–7 beneficial)
• Interest in conservation accreditation (RIBA CA / SCA / AABC)
