Skills for Security is offering an apprenticeship role in Peterhead to learn installation, maintenance and fault‑finding of video surveillance, intruder alarms and fire alarms. You will work alongside experienced engineers and progress through a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship.

Clan Alarms (now part of Connelly Security Systems) are based in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, are a well established family-run business now trading for 24+ years! They serve Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Ellon, Aberdeen and Inverurie and surrounding areas. Their primary areas of specialisation include installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV equipment, fire alarms and Paxton access control system.

Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training.
You’ll train through block release at our Glasgow centre, for one week every eight weeks (Tuesday–Friday).
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, gaining real skills and a nationally recognised qualification.
