Job summary

Lunaria Partners are seeking a UK-qualified solicitor to join their in-house risk and compliance function as a Conflicts Lawyer in London. The role focuses on identifying, assessing and managing conflicts, client onboarding and related risk issues across the firm.

You will work with lawyers and business teams to review conflicts, advise on complex matters, and support due diligence and policy development in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in conflicts, business acceptance, legal risk or related area.
• UK-qualified solicitor with relevant conflicts risk experience.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house risk function is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review potential conflicts of interest and assess risk.
• Advise on complex conflicts and business acceptance matters.
• Support client due diligence and new matter intake processes.
• Develop and interpret conflicts policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business teams on risk issues.
• Advise fee earners and partners on conflicts and risk matters.
