Job summary

Hydro Cleansing Ltd. is seeking a Confined Space Engineer to join our growing team in Croydon. The role covers on-site work in confined spaces, performing wet waste, drainage and industrial cleaning tasks with full PPE and equipment supplied.

You will work with a team, supervisor and customers across London, the South East, and occasional further afield. Training will be provided, with real opportunities for progression in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices.
• Reliable and cooperative team member with good communication.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel across London, South East and Southern Counties.

Pay: depending on experience
Full-time | Croydon CR0 4XB, covering London and the Southern Counties

What you will do

• Work safely in confined spaces
• Do industrial cleaning, wet waste and drainage jobs
• Use the PPE, breathing equipment and tools we give you
• Work with your team, your supervisor and our customers on site

What you need

• - A serious attitude to health and safety
• - Reliable, friendly and good in a team
• - Good spoken and written English
• - Happy to travel across London, the South East and Southern Counties, with the odd job further away

Nice to have, but not essential

• - High-risk confined spaces award (City & Guilds 6160-03)
• - Rescue and recovery award (City & Guilds 6160-08)
• - Experience in drainage, industrial cleaning or environmental work
• - Full UK driving licence
• - CSCS card and confined space tickets
• Missing a ticket? If you have the experience and the right attitude, we will train you.
