Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd is seeking a Confined Space Standby Operative for an industrial site in Fleetwood. Duties include standby/entry, monitoring conditions, coordinating entrants and rescue procedures, plus assisting trades with lifting and general labour.

Required CCNSG and Confined Space Entry certificates, and safety harness use experience; heavy engineering background preferred. 1-week duration, 8–9 hours per day, £20.00/hr PAYE including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• CCNSG card is required.
• Confined Space Entry certificate is required.
• Safety harness training or certification is needed.
• Experience in heavy engineering industries such as Power, O&G, Petrochemical or Renewables.

Responsibilities

• Perform confined space standby and entry duties.
• Monitor space conditions and entrants; maintain communications.
• Assist mechanical trades with moving materials and general labour.

Duration: 1 week

Hours: 8-9hrs/day Mon-Fri

PAYE Pay Rate: £20.00/hr PAYE Including Hol Pay

The Role:

Our client has requirements for additional Confined Space Operatives for an industrial site in Fleetwood. Duties will include confined space standby and entry duties, performing pre-entry checks, monitoring confined space conditions, the work team and their equipment, maintaining communication with entrants, controlling entry and exit, and alerting a rescue team in the event of an emergency. Additional duties will include assisting mechanical trades moving materials, lifting, carrying, cleaning and general labouring

Requirements:

• CCNSG card
• Confined Space Entry certificate
• Safety Harness
• Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
