Job summary

ARM International is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join a Defence and Aerospace environment in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on applying CM principles, maintaining baselines, and supporting change control while evolving into digital engineering initiatives.

You will work with Windchill PLM and MBSE approaches, contributing to design changes, data integration, and systems verification in a complex product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Configuration Management Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management principles, processes and standards.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and PLM systems.
• Configuration Management within the defence industry.
• Working knowledge of DEF-STAN 05-57.
• Windchill PLM.
• MBSE tools and methodologies.
• Data integration concepts and technologies.
• Digital Thread concepts and applications.
• Product Development Lifecycle awareness (concept, design, prototyping, testing, production).
• Systems Engineering exposure; SysML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Applying Configuration Management principles, processes, and tools.
• Analysing proposed product design changes for their impact on the overall product and system.
• Supporting the establishment and maintenance of configuration baselines and change control processes.
• Preparing reports detailing the effect of changes and ensuring compliance with CM policies.
• Evolving role to include digital transformation, MBSE, and digital engineering.
