AXA Group is seeking a diligent Configuration Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to analyse and configure system solutions centred on Actisure, AXA Global Healthcare’s core IT platform.
You will collaborate with the Actisure Solution Designer and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are correctly analysed, documented, and approved before changes are made, and you will test and validate all configuration updates to ensure accuracy.

Job overview:
We’re seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be tasked with analysing and configuring system solutions in response to approved business initiatives. This position centres around Actisure, our core IT platform that underpins AGH’s operations, and will also involve implementing changes within its surrounding ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that system configurations align with business needs and support our ongoing digital transformation.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week away from home, moving to three days a week from 1 December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
