Configuration Systems Analyst - DB / DC Pensions

We are currently recruiting for a Configuration Systems Analyst with DB and DC Pensions experience to join one of our global insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Please note, this role is Inside IR35 and offers mostly remote working.

Experience:

• Understanding of corporate pensions business requirements, including DC, DB, and hybrid arrangements
• Strong understanding of DB calculation data requirements
• Extensive experience in implementation roles covering DC, DB, and Hybrid Pension arrangements
• Hands-on experience with pensions data conversion processes, including data analysis, data mapping, and testing
• Experience working with main Pension Admin systems (e.g., Open, Profund, Compendia, Penserver, etc.)
• Strong experience in collaborating with payroll and HR providers on data exchange and system integration projects
• Proficiency in SQL and data mining tools
• Knowledge of database structures, pension administration systems, and member data in a trust-based pensions environment
• Unix knowledge is advantageous but not necessary
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery
