Conference production is at the core of our business. As a Producer, you’ll identify industry challenges and trends through market research, create compelling agendas, and recruit top speakers. You will combine research with stakeholder engagement to design conferences that inform, inspire, and drive change.

What You'll Do

From day one, you’ll conduct high-level research with industry leaders, build international relationships, and design conference agendas. You’ll own your projects and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting research to identify industry challenges
• Designing innovative and viable conference agendas
• Recruiting and influencing senior speakers globally
• Supporting event marketing, delegate acquisition, and sponsorship sales
• Managing timelines and coordinating project delivery
• Attending and leading international conferences, overseeing onsite experience
