Job summary

Springboard Success is partnering with an established B2B events business to find a Conference Producer ready to take real ownership of a portfolio.

You'll lead content across a portfolio of specialist events, deciding what gets discussed, who’s on stage and how sessions are run. If you have 2–3 years of production experience and want more control, this is your next step.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B conference production experience.
• Proven ability to research and build programmes and secure senior speakers.
• Ability to run the production process independently from research to event day.
• Strong research and writing skills; ability to grasp complex topics quickly.

Responsibilities

• Research industry issues and turn them into engaging agendas.
• Find and brief senior speakers, moderators, and panellists.
• Build a network of industry experts and advisory contacts.
• Create innovative formats beyond standard panels and sessions.
• Write sharp programme copy, research reports and speaker briefs.
• Manage multiple production timelines and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a strong attendee experience.

You'll lead content across a portfolio of specialist events, deciding what gets discussed, who's on stage and how sessions are run. If you have at least two to three years of production experience and want more control over your programmes, this is your next step.

What you'll do

• Research the issues shaping the industry and turn them into agendas people want to attend
• Find, invite and brief senior speakers, moderators and panellists
• Build a trusted network of industry experts and advisory contacts
• Go beyond the standard panel, with demonstrations, interactive sessions and new formats
• Write sharp programme copy, research reports and speaker briefs
• Run several production timelines at once and deliver on deadline
• Work with colleagues across the business to create a strong attendee experience

What you'll bring

• At least 2–3 years of B2B conference production experience
• A track record of researching and building programmes, and securing senior speakers
• The confidence to run the production process independently, from research to event day
• Strong research and writing skills, and the ability to master complex topics quickly
• Excellent organisation and sound judgement when priorities compete
• Credibility and ease with senior stakeholders
• A genuine interest in international affairs, technology and the bigger picture

A degree is welcome but not essential. Practical experience and apprenticeship routes are valued just as highly.
