One of the world's largest events organisers is seeking a Conference Producer to join their market-leading events team. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, writing copy, recruiting speakers, and scaling up their customer community.

Role & Responsibilities of the Conference Producer:

• Help to expand the network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space.
• In the medium-term, produce your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event.
• Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressures.
• Recruit senior executives for keynote briefings, panels, and interactive roundtables – virtually and face-to-face.
• Build a compelling narrative around all your events and drive that message internally and externally.
• Manage budgets for events.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Package:

• Up to £38,000 depending on experience + commission
