De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden is seeking a Conference & Event Sales Executive to convert enquiries into bookings, showcase the venue through show rounds, and assist clients in planning every detail of their events.

You will work with a busy events planning team, communicating client requirements to the operations team who will run the events on the day, delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Some previous event planning or co-ordination experience or a relevant qualification.
• Passionate about events and delivering memorable experiences for guests.
• Excellent communication skills to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into bookings and showcase the venue through show rounds.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure events run smoothly on the day.
