Job summary

Davies Talent Solutions is recruiting a Conduct Risk Officer for a Large Lloyd's of London insurer in London. This 6-month contract (temp to perm) offers a daily rate of £250–£350, Inside IR35, and reports to the Conduct Risk Manager.

You will drive regulatory adherence, mitigate conduct risks, and foster a culture of integrity across operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on conduct risk experience within insurance.
• Solid knowledge of FCA sourcebook including PRIN, ICOBS, and PROD.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Consumer duty and TCF.

Responsibilities

• Drive conduct risk management and regulatory adherence within a Lloyd's of London insurer.
• Mitigate conduct risks and foster a culture of integrity across operations.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to align with international regulations and the conduct framework.
