Qualifications

• Experience in conduct risk, customer outcomes, or a related role within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret information and identify themes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for complex information.
• Experience preparing management information or reporting for governance forums.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using data and management information to support decision-making and improvements.
• Interest in leveraging AI/automation to improve reporting and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Consumer Duty and conduct risk framework across International Consumer.
• Build partnerships across Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Control to identify, assess and address risks to customer outcomes.
• Review new and existing products, services and changes for customer impact and conduct risk considerations.
• Deliver thematic reviews and assessments to identify emerging risks, customer harm and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze complaints, incidents and customer feedback to identify trends and preventative actions.
• Develop and maintain conduct risk metrics and management information for meaningful insights.
• Prepare materials for Board, senior management and governance forums.
• Leverage data analytics, automation and AI to enhance conduct monitoring and reporting within governance frameworks.
• Track agreed actions and remediation activity through to completion.
• Support regulatory requests, audits and governance activities relating to Consumer Duty and conduct risk.
• Contribute to development of conduct risk capability through guidance, training and knowledge sharing.
