Job summary

JP Morgan in London or Edinburgh is seeking a Conduct Manager – Associate in the International Consumer team to strengthen conduct risk and Consumer Duty framework while delivering good customer outcomes. You will assess risk, provide practical advice, and turn insights into actions across Product, Operations, Compliance and Risk.

This role supports regulatory reporting, governance forums and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to influence customer journeys and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in conduct risk, customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience preparing management information for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing implementation and enhancement of Consumer Duty and conduct risk framework across International Consumer Business.
• Build partnerships across Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Control to identify and address risks to customer outcomes.
• Support reviews of new and existing products, services and changes, providing challenge on customer impact.
• Deliver thematic reviews and assessments against FCA best practices to identify risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Analyze complaints, incidents, customer feedback and MI to identify trends and preventative actions.
• Develop and maintain conduct risk metrics and MI, ensuring insights are actionable for decision-making.
• Support preparation of Board and governance materials.
• Leverage data analytics, automation and AI to enhance monitoring, reporting and efficiency within governance frameworks.
• Track agreed actions and remediation through to completion.
• Support regulatory requests, audits and governance activities related to Consumer Duty and conduct risk.
