The Conduct Regulation Assurance Team is part of Group Compliance within the Risk Division and collaborates closely with various business units to provide assurance on conduct risks and maintain high standards of regulatory adherence.
Our team offers a supportive and dynamic environment, encouraging professional growth and cross-departmental collaboration. You will build strong relationships with the Compliance Department, Risk Division colleagues, business stakeholders, and professional bodies. The role involves managing short-term projects and activities to meet standards and outcomes.
This position is based at our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. We support work-life balance by offering facilities for in-office work and the flexibility to work up to 80% from home.
Leveraging your technical and non-technical expertise, you will conduct assurance reviews, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights. You will work on high-profile projects, manage assurance initiatives, and contribute to compliance frameworks by identifying risks, solving problems, and making recommendations. Engaging with stakeholders and communicating findings effectively are essential.
You should have a strong understanding of second line assurance/third line audit, risk, and compliance management, with knowledge of the FCA Handbook and conduct regulation. Familiarity with FCA policies and supervision is also required.
