g2 has begun working with a private, family-run firm of Chartered Surveyors specializing in property reports. Due to recent expansion, they are seeking RICS Chartered Surveyors to complete Condition Reports. Surveys can be conducted from home; no office presence is required.

• Level of Detail: RICS template, covering all interior and exterior aspects, services, grounds, and outbuildings.
• Property Type: All residential properties (flats, bungalows, small houses, and some large listed or historical buildings).
• IT System: GoReport.

Work will be provided within a 1-hour radius of your location. They are looking for coverage in the following geographical areas:

• Birmingham
• Bristol
• Manchester
• Leeds
• Sheffield

The client is open to discussing various package options, such as:

• Salary based on experience: (AssocRICS: £40k) & (MRICS: £55k-£65k) plus a 10% commission on all fees.
• Consultants: 55-60% of turnover, paid monthly in arrears.
• Pay Per Inspection
• Hourly/Daily Rate
