We are seeking a Condition Based Maintenance Manager to lead our CBM team. This permanent role involves managing engineers and analysts, implementing reliability engineering, data analytics, and asset management best practices. The role requires identifying suitable condition monitoring tools, analyzing performance data, and deploying predictive maintenance techniques to optimize asset reliability and maintenance costs.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost-effective CBM strategies that meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Producing reports and performance summaries for senior management, demonstrating improvements and addressing challenges, will be key.
Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, proficiency in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and familiarity with Reliability Analysis Techniques (RCM, FMECA), predictive analytics, and machine learning.
