Job summary

You will develop concrete mix designs, conduct lab tests, and support customers to achieve best performance from specialist products. A full UK driving licence is required and the position offers strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in the concrete industry, concrete technology or construction chemicals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for direct customer interaction.
• Ability to manage workload with a proactive, organised approach.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise concrete mix designs for various applications.
• Carry out laboratory testing and on-site evaluations to support product performance.
• Provide technical advice on admixtures, grouts, curing compounds and release agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across the concrete and construction industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer base growth.
• Deliver technical training, presentations and customer events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective technical support and long-term relationships.
