Heidelberg Materials is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Shipper / Allocator to join our team in Syston. This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will play a vital part in ensuring customer orders are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while maximising fleet utilisation and supporting our operational performance. Working closely with customers, plant teams, commercial colleagues, and haulage partners, you'll be at the centre of daily logistics planning and delivery execution. As a Shipper, you will take ownership of a cluster of plants, managing customer orders and transport resources to deliver outstanding service while achieving key business objectives around Volume, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Vehicle Utilisation.
